The hotel's location is fantastic, just steps away from Fifth Avenue, Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, and the Empire State Building. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel safe and at home. Ideal for day trips out, and close to major attractions like the lovely Bryant Park and only a short distance from Times Square. However, the rooms, especially the one on the top floor with a view of the Empire State Building, were a bit small for our liking and not entirely clean. The dining experience was a bit fussy and overpriced, not meeting expectations. Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive and welcoming.

I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay. The hotel's view of the Empire State Building from my deluxe room was breathtaking, and the peace and quiet in such a central location was unexpected.
